RV Parking

One of the great Ocean Hills amenities is “free” RV parking.  To obtain a parking space in the RV lot you must have a recreational vehicle as defined below the photo.

A RV is a motor home, boat secured to a trailer, trailer, or van.  The motor home must be suitable and equipped for recreational and overnight use, containing beds and cooking and toliet facilities.  A tow vehicle that attaches to an RV and fits in the assigned space is acceptable.

  • No vehicle other than those just described above may be parked in the RV lot without being specifically approved by the Director of Community Patrol Services.
  • The recreational vechicles owner may be parked in RV Parking when the RV is not occupying the space, ie, the owner is using the RV.

RVs, boats on trailers, and trailers must be insured.  They must have state registration and must be fully operational.  This helps insure space for residents needing RV Parking.  There are various sizes of RV spaces to match residents needs.  The use of RV parking space is  limited to vechicles actively used for recreational purposes.
