The individual Villages maintain the landscaping outside the front property walls on Ocean Hills homes. In accordance with the Village CC&Rs, no changes may be made by Ocean Hills homeowners to the front area hardscape without notification of the planned changes to the individual Village. The homeowner must fill out the proper forms and get an approval by the ARC prior to any front hardscape modifications.
