Parking

Residents:  Most Ocean Hills homes have two designated parking spaces.  If the Ocean Hills home has a two car garage and you have two cars, they both have to be in the garage for overnight parking.  (Overnight parking is defined as the parking of a vehicle on a driveway, street, or parking lot between 2 am and 6 am). If you have a one car garage and breezeway, one car goes in the garage and one in the breezeway at night.  In Ocean Hills, you can park in your driveway at all other times.  Overnight driveway or street parking is allowed in special cases by getting a pass from the Ocean Hills Director of Community Patrol Services.  A maximum of thirty days is allowed.

Guest:  When visiting in Ocean Hills Country Club, guest must park in the resident’s driveway when staying overnight.  Driveways provide room for two guest cars.   If Ocean Hills residents have more than two guest cars, they can get a special pass to park in the street in front of the residence.  The pass must be visible on the dashboard or hung on the rear view mirror.

Street Parking:  Parking in front of mail boxes in Ocean Hills is not permitted between 8 am and 5 pm Monday-Saturday.  It is permitted on Federal Holidays and Sundays.

Note:   Every garage and breezeway on a property must be occupied by resident owned motor vehicles before a resident can request a pass to park in their driveways.  Once a driveway or street overflow pass is issued, every Ocean Hills resident must consent to Association inspections to confirm the same is used to the full extent of its original design capacity for parking.
