Pets

If you are looking at listings of Ocean Hills homes, it probably says “Pets – yes.”  What does that mean?  First of all it means that Ocean Hills Country Club Association rules allow you to have domestic pets such as dogs and cats.  If you have a dog, your dog must be securely restrained by a  leash not exceeding 6 foot in length when you are on Association property.  This is the same rule as the City of Oceanside.  None of those leashes that allow your dog to just go about anywhere.  The key is that you must have your pet under your control at all times.  Ocean Hills does offer the Ocean Hills Kanine Kampus.  Here in this fenced area your pet can run and play off leash.

Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.  Pets are not allowed in the Ocean Hills clubhouse, HOA office, or on Clubhouse grounds.

For everyones protection, stray animals with no identification will be turned over to Oceanside Animal Control.  Want a great place to take your dog – go to Ocean Hills Country Club Kanine Kampus.
